<p>The Project Engineer will perform a variety of engineering design services, project engineering efforts and project management support for CNS including R&amp;D work. The project engineer will also provide engineering support for tenders related to the diverse portfolio of power conversion projects in the metals, oil and gas, marine and naval markets within North America. Relocation to Corporate Headquarters required.</p>
<p> </p>
<p> This position requires a BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field coupled with five plus years of direct experience with power systems and/or drive systems. Experience with designing and/or specifying equipment associated with power conversion such as switchgear, transformers, drives and motors required. US Citizen or Permanent residency required.</p>

<p>The Field Service and Commissioning Engineer performs a wide range of engineering tasks and ensures proper installation, service and commissioning of products and services. Provides technical support for installation and commissioning of projects and provides maintenance, breakdown emergency support and remote troubleshooting.</p>
<p>Minimum requirements include a BSEE or related degree plus 4 to 5 years of drives, power, automation, and systems field service and commissioning experience.  The successful candidate will have the ability to travel to destinations in the USA or overseas on short notice and for extended periods of time to commission new and troubleshoot existing systems. This is an at home office based position. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.</p>

Candidate is required to have a strong development background with significant SQL/Database (Oracle preferred) background. A solid understanding of Java and Unix is required to support and modify the existing systems. This position will be supporting a very visible mission critical system. This team leverages cutting edge technology to collect correlate and analyze large amounts of audit, monitoring and targeting data in support of the Intel community missions with a business requirement to design, build, operate, and maintain a state of the art, high-performance online analytical processing capability with a focus on predictive analytical tools.</p>

Provides technical and administrative direction for personnel performing software development tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user standards, and for progress in accordance with schedules. Responsible for developing and implementing applications. Develops plans for Information Technology (IT) systems from project inception to conclusion. Analyzes the problem and the information to be processed. Defines the problem, and develops system requirements and program specifications, from which programmers prepare detailed flow charts, programs, and tests. Coordinates with programmers to ensure proper implementation of program according to system specifications. Develops, in conjunction with functional users, system alternative solutions. Prepares test plans and test data to test the proposed system. Position Responsibility:Requirements gathering and analysis. Design, development and deployment of enterprise-wide web-based applications. Service layer design and development. Provide legacy data migration and validation using complex data queries and algorithms. Transition to enterprise data layer. Understand the OS personnel security business processes.Knowledge of Office of Security Business Processes.Knowledge of ABS technical standards. Oracle, SQL. Jee, EJB, Eclipse. Apache Tomcat, BEA Weblogic. Webservices xfire/cxf.Hibernate ORM. Spring MVC, JSP, javascript, AJAX. Sharepoint. Experience using Agile methodology.</p>
