Manufacturing Manager. Our client is a globally recognized manufacturer and systems integrator of electric power conversion systems for Marine, Oil & Gas, Energy and Industry as well as in many specialized areas. This is a highly visible position reporting to the plant manager requiring a take charge attitude and strong leadership. A proven track record of driving heavily engineered electric power conversion products and production environments to the next level is required. Preferred candidates will have a BS in an engineering discipline, experienced with Union manufacturing environments, and application fluency with Lean Manufacturing, 6 sigma, 5S, kanban, etc. In addition to an industry leading competitive compensation and benefits package, this position offers strong career upside career potential.
