 Quality Manager: This is a highly visible position reporting to the Plant Manager requiring a take charge attitude and strong leadership. A proven track record of driving TQM and continuous improvement to the next level in a heavily engineered custom product environment is required. Responsibilities include managing a union team of salaried and hourly employees, quality process engineering and continuous improvement, mechanical and overall gauge calibration programs, defect analysis and correction, subcontracting support and supplier certifications, and quality process documentation. Preferred candidates will have an appropriate engineering degree, a five plus year quality management track record, Nuclear 1A experience, and working knowledge on EM production standards.
